Main electricity will be provided by state- owned electricity company (PLN) under PREMIUM Silver Agreement . PLN committed to construct a dedicated transformer substation for JISC to secure more stable power supply.

Green Energy Power Supply from the Jatiluhur hydroelectric power plant is also under planning as another back up.
